Why this exists

Slow, deliberate key presses can help someone concentrate on finding one key, pressing it under control and releasing it cleanly. This version replaces the previous finger-lift instructions, which could give mixed messages between the written prompt and the keyboard diagram.

What this lets you practise: controlled press-and-release movement, finding a small group of familiar keys and noticing the difference between pressing, holding and releasing.
